Meet the Stylist
Hello, I’m Erica Crawley and Welcome to our community of moms in charge of their business ready to take on the world of style! My business Roxiebstylin, is personal for me, it's named after my late grandmother Roxie Bailey who was the first and most stylish, classy, and faithful woman I ever met. She inspired me through her works of service, her ladylike personality, and her relationships with God, our family and truly herself.
So, in return I decided to take what she has taught and shown me to larger scale by helping the most deserving group of humans and that's moms; which birthed my dream-- Roxiebstylin.
My stance on being a mom is about living YOUR best life! I want to live now, yes sacrifices are a part of the game, I saw that with my mom and myself, but I also wanted to live a life of duality- being a great mom and living for me!

I started like most stylists, in department retail stores to a stylist for JCrew. While I always had a keen knack for styling myself, I birthed this business 7 years ago out of frustration with seeing moms not realizing their superpowers or prioritizing their wardrobe. I’m a student of Style Boss Academy, School of Style, Hello7 and BSchool plus tons of reading I’ve styled women and men for all aspects of life- from photoshoots, weddings, headshots, full wardrobe transformation, closet audits. However, after I became a mom, I was inspired to create services for women like me that will empower them to look and live their best lives with no regrets but only joy, success and style!
